That’s why I simply adore this woman and how experienced and knowledgeable she is and how well she handled all aspects of the sale of my waterfront property in Sequim Washington. How lucky was I. In 2019, I decided to sell my parents' house on Diamond Point, a secluded area 10 miles east of Sequim, WA. Their house was built in 1980 and was in its original condition. The problem was I live in San Diego, CA 1100 miles away. I went online, researched realtors in the Sequim area and developed a short list of names to interview. I flew up and conducted personal interviews; one realtor stood out - Ms. Trisha Cobb. She showed up for the interview with a property analysis and clearly demonstrated her knowledge of the local real estate market; she was my first choice and hired on the spot. My initial approach was to sell the property "as is" and not put any money into improving its appearance. Trisha convinced me to make some modest upgrades and helped develop a budget to accomplish those improvements. In addition to being an outstanding realtor, Trisha also has impressive interior design knowledge/experience.
