About
My name is Shawnna Rigg and I started my estate career in 1993 in Southern California. In 1999, the Rigg family (husband Dan, a general contractor and now a Home Inspector, Zach & Kyla – now in college and helping run the new family business: “Sweet Spot, Frozen Yogurt”) moved to Sequim; the best decision we ever made!
I have been very active in the community as a Sequim Irrigation festival board member, coached cheerleading with the Sequim Wolf-pups and was with Sequim Little League for 12 years (President for 3) and have received community service awards from both Sequim and Port Angeles. Besides our great community, I enjoy crabbing, the great outdoors, and of course, football!
Another great decision was joining RE/MAX in 2010, an outstanding group of professionals. I pride myself on being very ethical and detailed. My follow up and dedication to assist you does not end with the purchase of your property. I have a long list of great references that can assist you as you move into a new town.
Your satisfaction and happiness is my reward. My goal is to provide you with superior customer service though out the entire transaction and beyond. I truly love what I do and it shows!

About Trisha – See My Reviews Here
My name is Trisha Cobb, and I am a Broker-Realtor with RE/MAX Prime, the #1 real estate office in sales and customer satisfaction in Sequim and Port Angeles. I have enjoyed living on the beautiful Olympic Peninsula since 1999. After moving to Washington and leaving the busy city lifestyle behind, I began selling real estate in 2002, and I became a part of RE/MAX Fifth Avenue (became RE/MAX Prime when we moved) in 2005. Today I love what I do, and I can’t imagine doing anything else.
I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design along with an extensive career in related fields, and this has given me knowledge about presentation that goes above that of your typical agent. If you need to sell your house, please ask me, so I can tell you some little tricks to add value to your listing, or what the best improvements would be to get the maximum return.
My Husband Michael and three of our children have enjoyed living on this Olympic Peninsula since 1999. I raised my youngest 2 in the Sequim school system, so I am very familiar with all aspects of the community, down to where to find the best burger!
This is really an incredible community to be a part of, and I can’t wait to help you find your place here.
